FLO organised a programme on “Mantras for Success” on July 15, 2015. Mr Suhel Seth, Founder of Equus & the Managing Partner, Counselage India was in conversation with Suhasini Haidar, Diplomatic Affairs Editor, The Hindu.
The session was organised with the objective of inspiring and encouraging the members for realising their true potential and help them become successful, by building on Attitude, Leadership, Motivation and Values.

In a conversational style of interaction, Mr Seth very candidly answered to the questions posed by Suhasini Haidar, who involved the audience with her wit and articulate style, Suhasini involved the audience in the interaction.
Mr Seth, who has penned the book “Mantras for Success”, said that the mantra for success is never-ending thirst for knowledge for which an individual must zealously keep up the learning habit. He further said that besides garnering knowledge it is equally important to add value by employing it towards a constructive and positive activity.
“It is essential to learn from one’s failure. India is a country which is unforgiving about failures and refuses to give a second chance. This mindset needs to change. India must allow and encourage incubation of ideas and develop an innovative outlook,” Seth added.
Speaking about his book, ‘Mantras for Success’, where India’s most successful CEOs and business leaders tell their story, Seth said that these business icons show how to achieve greatness, unlock the secrets of their ability to innovate, break the conventions, overcome challenges and generate strategies.
