Maa Campaign

FICCI FLO Siliguri recently launched a significant initiative called “Ma,” under the guidance of chairperson Niharika Mitruka , project chairperson Shivika Mittal and Dr Anie Dhandhania . This initiative focuses on providing comprehensive support to underprivileged pregnant women. Under this initiative, 11 selected women are receiving monthly food hampers that are carefully curated to include nutrition-rich, dietician-advised foods to ensure their health and well-being throughout their pregnancy. The initiative not only addresses immediate nutritional needs but also includes personalized diet counseling sessions led by renowned dietitian Pooja Agarwal.

Through these sessions, the participants gain valuable insights and tailored advice to manage their dietary requirements effectively, promoting better health outcomes for both the mothers and their babies. This holistic approach underscores FICCI FLO Siliguris’ commitment to enhancing maternal health and supporting vulnerable communities in a meaningful and impactful manner.
