FLO Hyderabad’s virtual Case Study session – “Listing Your Company on NSE Emerge: Going the IPO Way” held on October 24th, 2024. With members attending from across India, the speakers delivered engaging presentations, sharing valuable insights into the process of listing on NSE Emerge and the advantages it offers to SMEs.

Guest of Honor, FLO National President, Ms. Joyshree Das Verma actively participated in a meaningful conversation with Ms. Saritha Chilakapati, along with Chairperson, FLO Hyderabad, Priya Gazdar. Together, they discussed Saritha’s incredible journey of successfully listing her company Innomet Advanced Materials Ltd. with an IPO oversubscribed by 283 times.

Conceptualised by Chairperson Priya Gazdar, the session started with a context setting address by her, and a Presidential Address by Ms. Joyshree Das Verma. Mr. Senthilmurugan R, Senior Manager at NSE, covered the technical aspects, while CA Gaurav Jain, Expert Global Consultants provided key insights into the role of merchant bankers in IPO structuring.

Ms. Saritha’s achievement was an inspiration to many, and the session highlighted the immense opportunities NSE Emerge provides to emerging SMEs looking for capital and growth.

The Session was coordinated and conducted by MSME Assist Cell head Neha Reddy and team member Soumyaa Rao with the support of the Core Committee.
