Internship for differently abled at Advantage Foods

The Diversity and Inclusion vertical, organized by Ms. Subha Srikanth and Ms. Meera Jagdish, proudly announced the commencement of a six-month internship program for four differently-abled girls at Writer’s Cafe. Each participant will receive a stipend of Rs 10,000 per month. A memorable moment of the day was captured when one of the interns signed her internship offer letter, reflecting the palpable joy and hope of her parent as they witnessed their child’s entry into the workforce.

At the conclusion of the six-month training period, if the interns are deemed suitable, they will be offered permanent positions. Additionally, the HR team from Advantage Foods has provided their internship offer letters, which are posted here for easy retrieval. This initiative marks a significant step towards enhancing employability and inclusivity for differently-abled individuals, reinforcing the commitment to creating meaningful opportunities in the workforce.
