Interactive session on ‘Renewable Energy, Women Empowerment and Entrepreneurship’ with Baroness Sandip Verma.

FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO), Jaipur Chapter organized an interactive session on ‘ Leadership development for women” on the occasion of ‘International Women’s Week’ Celebration with the well known UK-based motivational speaker, trainer and organizational consultant, Ms. Elisabeth Henderson. She said Women must make things happen and make right things happen and for the women to make an impact must know who they are in terms of their potential and strength.

Ms. Henderson spoke to the women on how they can empower themselves to become leaders. She said it is important for women for not be naive and must overcome their fear of leadership. They must learn to value themselves and get out of the zone of negativity. A woman can be good at coping with different situations but coping all the time to is not appreciable. It implies that they are ‘self-sacrificing’ all the time. They must also learn through life coaches how best to use spiritual and therapeutic quotient. It is also important for the women to meet their deepest self.

The FLO Chairperson of the Jaipur Chapter, Ms. Apra Kuchhal said that it was utmost important for women to empower themselves and bring about the change in their lives. They must have a high self esteem and the passion to do new and innovative things.
