FLO Jaipur Chapter learned to whip up a feast from Ms.Tarla Dalal(India’s most popular vegetarian chef)on June 17-18, 2010 at Hotel Country Inn & Suites.Ms .Tarla Dalal taught all the members healthy cooking, starters, drinks, eggless desserts and salads. We had an elite crowd of over 250 women. The workshop received wide media coverage. Everyone was swayed by the sumptuous way of cooking. It was admired not only by homemakers but also by young girls who learned to prepare quick, tasty and easy dishes before they head on to their colleges. Ms.Tarla Dalal professionalism inspired many women to make cooking as their future profession. Country Inn & Suites were the Prime sponsors and Samsung, Kanji Sweets and Ganesham were the co-sponsors for this entire two day workshop.
