Industry-Academia Conclave 2025

FLO Chennai, under the leadership of Chairperson Dr. Divya Abhishek, actively participated in the Industry-Academia Conclave held at Shrimathi Devkunvar Nanalal Bhatt Vaishnav College for Women in Chennai. The event, attended by 935 people focused on Future Skills and Workforce Development and was organized in collaboration with the college’s management, faculty, and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell.

The conclave brought together industry leaders, academic experts, and students to discuss the integration of AI in education, industry trends, skill upgrades, innovation-driven entrepreneurship, and the role of technology in workforce development.

Dr. Divya Abhishek was invited as a distinguished speaker at the event. The event commenced with the inaugural session, followed by key panel discussions on topics such as the future of education, industry trends, and technology-driven workforce development. Experts from diverse fields, including CEOs, principals, and industry leaders, shared their insights on bridging the gap between academia and industry, the need for upskilling, and fostering innovation in the workforce.
