India’s Rise To Becoming A Vishwaguru with Dr S Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister, Government of India

The Honorable Minister for External Affairs from the Government of India; Dr. S. Jaishankar addressed the members of FLO Bangalore on the 1st of April at the Inaugural event of Mehak Mehra, Chairperson FLO Bangalore 2023-24. The minister delivered a keynote address which touched upon the role of women led organizations and the impact on and from foreign affairs.

In a candid moderated q and a session with FLO Bangalore’s Founder Chairperson Shuba Kulkarni and Chairperson Mehak Mehra, Dr Jaishankar covered a wide range of topics including India’s branding as a Vishwa guru, the impact of economy on world policy, impact of covid and our relations with our neighbors. The moderated q and a was followed by audience questions.

The minister ended by thanking FLO Bangalore members for the interaction. Past Chairpersons Lakshmi Ishwar and Jyotika Kalra were present at the occasion. 250 members and a few member spouses attended the event.
