FLO – Vadodara Chapter hosted a workshop to highlight thow members hold an incredible amount of influence and can widen their circle of inclusion by equipping them with additional tools required to create a socially sustainable society that values diversity and its role in our overall success.
This 2-hour session covered critical areas and tools to address how we can become inclusive. This included a panel discussion with head of Human resources at TCS on the benefits of a inclusive work space. The other topics discussed were
- Awareness about diversity in workplaces, society, and culture- at a cognitive and emotional level
- Personal insights aimed to purposefully expand our positive impact: at home and in our
workplaces
- Tools that we can use to become more inclusive and understand what it means to be an ally of diversity

- Have the understanding to take to action, ways in which inclusion can be built within personal and professional networks
