Inaugural Lecture of Laxmi Kumari Chundawat Memorial Lecture Series by Padmashree Urvashi Butalia

FLO, Jaipur initiated Laxmi Kumari Chundawat Memorial Lecture Series in association with Prabha Khaitan Foundation. The well known feminist writer & publisher, Ms. Urvashi Butalia was the speaker for Inaugural Lecture –”The Words To Say It-Women’s Writing in India”.

Ms. Butalia spoke about her struggle in setting up a publishing house for women writers and how difficult it was to bring about a change in the mindset of people. Ms. Apra Kuchhal said that “let this talk be each one of ours call to action.”
