HSF Workshop on Communication Skills

On 8th March “International Womens Day”, FLO jointly with HSF(Hanns Seidel Foundation- Germany) held a workshop on communication skills in Park Hotel from 10am to 5pm, conducted by Mr. Ajay Agarwal, noted Communication Specialist and Organisational Development Expert, who has helped more than 70,000 individuals to realize their potential and move ahead in their lives.
It was a day long workshop on communication skill and well attented by 35-40 members plus non-members.

As most of you are aware the Hanns Seidel Foundation or HSF as is commonly called was named after late Dr. Hanns Seidel. It was founded in 1966 in Munic and is one of the youngest registered German Foundation in India. HSF has provided training to around 15,000 participants from all over India through innumerable training programmes, workshop, seminars and symposia- organised jointly by FLO plus HSF .

Mr. Agarwal focused on covering multiple topics including managing emotions, improving interpersonal communication skills, managing conflicts, communication conflicts etc.

The day long workshop was extremely educative and have helped many participants to communicate with other people.It was an excellent experience and at the end of the programme the participants were delighted to have a session on communications.
