Health Screening Camp

Objective: To provide expert medical treatment to 60 children from the marginalized sections so as to ensure that they led a healthy life.

Collaborations : Wockhardt Foundation and iiV Development Foundation

FICCI FLO Mumbai in association with Wockhardt Foundation and iiV Development Foundation organised a medical screening camp for the marginalized children in the Andheri suburbs of Mumbai in the SHED welfare community centre.

Medical specialists team from Wockhardt Foundation and iiV Development Foundation carried out various diagnostic tests for the beneficiaries – ECG, Early Screening & Detection of Peripheral Artery Disease, Random Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, eye tests , were carried out on 60 beneficiaries.

As part of the campaign nutrition experts advised the children and parents on the importance of healthy food and its benefits.

Eye glasses , medical tablets , nutrition kits were distributed to the children and would be guided by medical doctors for their future treatments.

Impact was 60 children benefitted with the medical advise and tests .
