The Health Physical Wellness Vertical hosted 90+ members on 22nd July with an integrative nutritionist expert Neha Ranglani. Neha taught our members the right ways of eating and living. She touched upon the basic tenets of a healthy body and mind and how to sync with your body clock, Circadian vs. ultradian rhythm and the 4 mantras of health( gut microbiome, movement, sleep and rest, stress and emotions). She blended ancient teachings with modern lifestyle requirements for a healthy body and mind. Members interacted with her for an extended question and answer segment to clarify all their doubts about female health concerns, diet hacks and sleep optimization routine.
