Garima Plus – Empowering Women’s Health

FLO Vadodara organized the final edition of “Garima Plus” under FLO National Initiative – Rural Livelihood & Rural Entrepreneurship, impacting 26 women. The session focused on women’s health, specifically menopause, by a renowned gynecologist and FLO member Dr. Chaitali Patel who led an insightful discussion, offering valuable guidance on perimenopause, hormonal changes, and menstrual health.

This initiative empowered the house helps of FLO members, equipping them with the knowledge to navigate menopause with confidence. The session was both engaging and informative, addressing key concerns and breaking stigmas around women’s health. The project also fostered government collaborations and factory visits, creating tangible outcomes for participants.
