Coimbatore Chapter embarked on a journey to bring to its members the unique traditions, culture and recipes of the Lebanese Cuisine. This exclusive Cookery show was organized conducted by Chef Ethem Aydemer at Hotel Le Meridian, Coimbatore. It was attended by over 200 members.
It was a very interesting session, wherein Chef Aydemer demonstrated various aspects of Lebanese cuisine which includes an abundance of starches, whole, fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and seafood.
