FLO WORKSHOP SERIES – 8 “Women & Inheritance Under the Hindu Succession Act 2005′

FLO organised the 8th workshop on Women & Inheritance Under the Hindu Succession Act 2005. Justice Sangita Dhingra Sehgal, Delhi High Court Judge & Mandakini Kaul, Senior Regional Cooperation Officer for South Asia, The World Bank were the speakers.

To empower women holistically, it is important that we work towards creating awareness about their legal rights especially succession and inheritance. This workshop aimed at providing knowledge on what women are entitled to and how they can claim it.
