FLO Visit to Parliament and Interaction with Shri Om Birla, Hon’ble Speaker of Lok Sabha

FLO was invited to visit the Parliament and observe the proceedings of the Lok Sabha on February 8, 2022. The delegation of 44 women entrepreneurs and professionals was led by National President, Jayanti Dalmia.

Gayatri Rai, Chairperson, YFLO Delhi, Poonam Mahajan, Treasurer FLO and Past President Abha Dalmia also joined the delegation.

It was a historic moment to witness Prime Minister Narendra Modi reply to the debate on the Motion of Thanks on the Hon’ble President of India, Smt Droupadi Murmu’s address.

After the session, FLO members had an interaction with Shri Om Birla, Hon’ble Speaker of Lok Sabha. National President, Jayanti Dalmia thanked him for the special invitation to attend the Parliament session and apprise him about the initiatives of FLO towards the mandate of women empowerment across India.
