FLO Past Chairs Conclave

FICCI FLO organized the first-ever FLO Past Chairs Conclave on January 10, 2025, at Taj Damdama Lake Resort in Gurgaon. The event aimed to reflect on the legacy of leadership, reconnect with one another, and repurpose strategies for the future, ensuring continuity and collective growth. Representing the FLO Kanpur, Mrs. Archana Khaitan joined the gathering.

7 Current Chapter Chairs and over 50 Governing Body members, including past chairs, vertical heads, and past presidents participated in the conclave. In total, 60 participants attended.

The opening session was conducted by TIMSHEL, a reputed learning, development, and coaching firm. This interactive workshop focused on strengthening leadership skills and reimagining the role of past chairs in guiding the organization. Participants were randomly divided into 12 groups to ensure diversity in perspectives.

The Conclave provided a platform to reflect, reconnect, and repurpose. Each group engaged in brainstorming and discussions around the following key topics:

• Respecting Past Legacy
• Strategic Planning for the Future
• Mentorship Opportunities
• Networking and Collaboration
• Prioritizing the Organization Above Self
