Under the FLO Legal & Advocacy Initiative, FICCI FLO organized its fourth seminar on Property Laws. This virtual event was attended by 97 participants and proved to be an insightful session aimed at equipping women entrepreneurs with essential legal knowledge in the realm of property laws.
The seminar was part of a series designed to empower FLO members by providing them with a comprehensive understanding of legal frameworks that impact business operations, enabling them to navigate challenges effectively and make informed decisions.
This series was curated by Ms. Reena George, Governing Body Member and Initiative Lead of FLO Legal & Advocacy Initiative, supported by team member Swati Mayekar. The seminar was organized in collaboration with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, a premier law firm in India, known for its expertise in legal advisory services.
The session featured Mr. Ashish Jain, Partner in the Property Law Practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, an acclaimed expert in the field.
