FLO LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

President-Elect Ms Neeta Boochra invited the incoming Chapter teams for the FLO Leadership Conference on February 4-5, 2014 at New Delhi. The objective of this Conference was to orient the Incoming Teams pan India and familiarize them with FLO and its objectives in a more comprehensive manner.

The conference provided a platform for networking and interacting with counterparts from pan India, sharing best practices as also learning from one another.

The Past Presidents Namita Gautam, Mukta Nandini Jain, Kiran Gera, Anuradha Goel, Ranjana Agarwal; President Malvika Rai; Treasurer Anuja Narain and Joint Treasurer Harjinder Kaur shared their experiences along with the Incoming teams by addressing their questions and clarifying doubts.

The participants shared their agenda for the forthcoming year and updated on the proposed activities in their respective Chapters.

An interaction with Dr. Didar Singh, Secretary General FICCI and Dr. Arbind Prasad Director General FICCI was also organized, to augment the interface with the parent body.

A session on “The Changing Face of Leadership” by Mr Deepak Sharma was also one of the highlights of the Conference, wherein he emphasized on the fundamentals of being a good leader.
