FLO Business Exchange Cell Partners with ALIMCO for GEM on boarding Awareness Campaign

On May 29, 2024, the FLO Business Exchange Cell partnered with ALIMCO, India’s largest government organization for the disabled, to launch the GEM on boarding awareness campaign. This initiative aims to register and onboard FLO members to the GEM portal, encouraging them to bid for vendor opportunities with ALIMCO to scale their businesses. The launch included a factory visit followed by a conference. The factory visit was highly informative, and all attendees were enthusiastic. Fifty Two FLO members participated in the factory visit and the subsequent conference. A list of products and services required by ALIMCO was shared to provide clarity on what products and services can be provided to ALIMCO through the GEM portal.

During the event, General Manager Mr. Dwivedi, FLO Business Exchange National Head Pooja Gupta, and Chairperson Nalini Sanwal signed a collaboration agreement with ALIMCO – Artificial Limb Manufacturing Corporation of India.

Special recognition goes to the diligent event chairs, Arushi and Neha, for meticulously handling every detail of the event at ALIMCO. Appreciation is also extended to past chairs, Archana ji and Anuradhaji, for their consistent support, and to FLO Business Exchange National Head, Pooja Gupta, for mentoring the collaboration. Furthermore, all members who believed in the program and participated in large numbers, despite the blazing summer heat, deserve commendation.

The GEM onboarding awareness campaign marked a significant step towards empowering FLO members by providing them with new business opportunities through ALIMCO. The partnership is expected to foster greater collaboration and growth, enabling members to expand their reach and capabilities. This initiative not only benefits the FLO members but also strengthens ALIMCO’s supply chain with diverse and quality products and services.
