Financially Fit! A Financial Fitness Bootcamp for Women

An extremely relevant event for the women of FLO hosted jointly by Dr. Rachana Gemawat; Chairperson, FLO & Ms. Priyanka Mehta; Chairperson YFLO, Ahmedabad Chapter.

The power-packed event was a true reflection of the collaborative spirit of Y/FLO and the potent transformational power of businesswomen – Ms. Priti Rathi Gupta, Founder, Lxme & her high-achieving team of Dr. Jasmin Gupta, and Ms. Riddhi Kanoria Doongursee. This was preceded by Hi-Tea and Networking to meet peers and find new partners in areas ranging from Event Planning, Jewellery Designers, Graphic Designers, Digital Marketers, CA’s, Interior Designers, Doctors, Fashion Designers, ETC.

The keynote speaker. Ms. Priti Rathi Gupta is the founder of LXME, India’s first Financial Platform for Women, an Alumni of the Harvard Business School, MD of Anand Rathi Securities, and has more than two decades of experience in the Financial Services industry. The event kicked off with a questionnaire pertaining to financial literacy which was an eye opener for the members present. An articulate speaker and an avid advocate of the inclusion of women in all matters relating to finance, she broke down complex financial jargon and ideas in bite-size palatable portions which made it easy for each of the 100+ audience to appreciate the finer aspects of financial knowledge without being overwhelmed by its complexity. It also motivated each one to start on the path of being financially fit albeit in whatever way they choose. She encouraged members to normalize money conversations among themselves and be financially independent. A successful event that was on target to conserve and grow wealth!!
