#FEEDMYBANGALORE Campaign Starting March 23rd 2020

FLO Bangalore during the crisis was very happy to support a very good and credible social initiative called Feed My Bangalore, after having taken a few days to scout around and be convinced on the genuineness and logistic probability. This initiative had proper permissions, followed social distancing & access to required resources.

They used large kitchens that usually cater lakhs of meals to big MNC offices. Distribution was being done in slums, orphanages, NGO homes and through the police stations, with a target of 3 lakh meals in the first phase of the lockdown. Utmost hygiene conditions and social distancing protocols were maintained all throughout the process of cooking and distribution.

We as an organisation tried to do its best to contribute to this much needed noble cause to make a difference and help those who are not as fortunate.

Apart from the valuable member contributions & time, FLO Bangalore enabled 14,100 meals to Feed My Bangalore. FLO Bangalore also provided all the volunteers with masks and sanitizers through the initiative.
