FAMILY BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ‘Making a Difference to my Family & Business’ New Delhi:

Ms Malvika Rai, President FLO began her tenure with an interactive programme on Family Business Management – Making a Difference to my Family & Business on May 9, 2013 at New Delhi.

The speakers were – Mr. Anil Sainani, who is a family business Advisor and consultant CEO coach; Mr. Ashish Bharatram, Managing Director of the SRF group & Mr. Vishesh Chandiok, partner Head of Grant Thornton India.

It was a very enriching interactive session, wherein the speakers highlighted on the various ways to leverage the strengths of family business management and effectively implement practices that promote optimum performance, growing businesses and simultaneously maintaining healthy family relationships.

In her welcome address, Ms Malvika Rai highlighted that the interactive session was organized with the aim to equip FLO members with a better perspective on the management concepts and techniques which would help them to meet the challenges of running a successful family business.

Ms Vasvi Bharat Ram, Governing Body Member was the Day Chair for the programme. Lunch was graciously hosted by Ms Meera Goyal, Governing Body Member.
