Face to Face with Police

Face to Face with Police at Rajasthan Police Headquarters. The speaker was Mr. Bhupendra Singh, DGP Rajasthan. The main topic discussed was Women Safety. Setting up Citizen friendly windows at every police station, deputing one female staff in each station. Self-defense classes of at least three months to be conducted in each school, looking for support from the NGO’s & people concerned. For a safe city, setting up safe streets ( our suggestion of connecting four-five houses of colonies via their own camera to the local police station; well accepted). For security at night for the working women, patrolling to be made stronger and frequent.  No bribes to be paid to get the work done, the direct complaint can be lodged with the department.

Police family women made seed rakhis for a living with Indib with FLO’s intervention. They were able to make 3000 rakhis these environmentally friendly were sold by INdiB themselves.
