Exams & Stress counselling session for girls- By Chetna Jain-Seed to Succeed Initiative,

Exams and stress go hand-in-hand, and to relieve this stress SEED TO SUCCEED initiative organised a counselling session for 10 grade girls at GGHS Mehbubia ,with guidance of Chairperson Shubhraa Maheshwari,Team head Saritha Rao, along with Renu Agarwal, Niraja giri and Maya Patel, HM Uma, attended this event.

Motivational Speaker Chetana Jain gave many valuable tips to students on how to make learning easy and stressfree.

Chairperson Shubhraa s inspirational talk captivated girls attention and she also told about yogic kriya to touch the tip of the tongue to the pallet to recall learning. After the session Writing pads and 2 pens were distributed to all the girls with best of luck wishes.
