Empowering Young Minds for Interview Excellence

FLO Indore organized an impactful session under its Digital Literacy Initiative on the topic, "Basics for Interview Preparation," at the InfoBeans Foundation, SGSITS. The session featured speaker Ms. Aastha Jain, aimed to equip young minds with the necessary skills and strategies to excel in interviews and boost their professional confidence. Around 40 students of InfoBeans Foundation attended the session.

The session began with FLO Committee member, Chhavi Doshi, serving as the Day Chair. Ms. Jain delved into critical aspects of interview\ preparation, offering practical insights and actionable advice. Participants were guided on how to identify common mistakes in their resumes and make necessary corrections to ensure they presented themselves as credible and competent candidates.

Ms. Jain highlighted the importance of thorough preparation, confident presentation, and strong performance during interviews, reinforcing that success lies in mastering all three elements.

The session was highly interactive, with students engaging in discussions, and Q&A sessions to apply the learnings in real-time. Chairperson, Ar. Vibha Jain Sethi emphasized the significance of this initiative stating, “Preparing young minds for the professional world is an integral part of FLO Indore’s vision.
