EMPOWERING AND EMPLOYING YOUNG GIRLS TO BE SELF-SUFFICIENT

With Funds raised from Marathon 2018, supported by Bridgestone, FLO Pune Chapter had signed a MOU with Tata Strive to train young girls to be retail assistants. This course was completed in November 2019 and we had a small graduation ceremony for the girls and distributed certificates.

The completion of this course enables them to seek employment in large format stores as retail assistants such as Westside and Trent.
Tata Strive ensures employment to all of them through their group retail chain format.
