LEARNING: The power of Collaboration, mentorship, time management and unleashed creative potential

The “Elevate Your Creativity” event, hosted by FICCI YFLO Kolkata, was a remarkable member engagement event that took place in the past. The event featured over 24 accomplished designers who generously shared their expertise by mentoring teams of 8 members each.

The challenge was to design a unique garment or accessory within a tight timeframe of 90 minutes. This event successfully brought together a combination of skill-building, enjoyment, and team building. Participants were able to tap into their creative potential, learn from industry experts, and establish stronger bonds within their teams.

It was a truly memorable and enriching experience for all involved. The judges for the event were Designer Kiran Uttam Ghosh, Entrepreneur Madhu Neotia, Jewellery Designer Prabha Bajoria, Designer of Eeksha Aswin Agarwal, Editor Telegraph t2 Smita Roy Chowdhary and Blogger Chikky Goenka.
