Diwali Celebration with Beloved Ragpicking Sisters

FLO Ahmedabad organised a Diwali Celebration with ragpicking sisters of Paryavaran Mitra. The program began with a heartfelt prayer, followed by vibrant dance and song performances by the sisters, filling the atmosphere with joy and togetherness.

A highlight of the event was the announcement of special Diwali gifts. 5-liter pressure cookers were distributed to 250 sisters, each costing ₹1360. These cookers were secured directly from the manufacturer at excellent rates, ensuring a meaningful gift for each sister, thanks to the generous support from FLO.
