Digital Literacy Certificate Distribution Ceremony

The FLO Kanpur Chapter, in association with the NIIT Foundation, successfully hosted a Digital Literacy Certificate Distribution Ceremony at the Rakan Growell Center in Bhauti, Kanpur, on June 4, 2024. Ms. Saumya Pandey, the Additional Labour Commissioner, was the esteemed Chief Guest, gracing the initiative by distributing certificates to the girls. This event celebrated the completion of a short-term computer training program for 33 girls.

The program aimed to equip the participants with essential technical skills to enhance their employability in the current job market. Under the guidance of mentor Anuradha Varshey and with support from Kashish Agarwal, the girls received comprehensive training on various computer applications.

The ceremony was chaired by Niti Tandon, and members Shefali Raj, Shweta Srivastav and Parul Rajoria actively participated in the event.
The Digital Literacy Certificate Distribution Ceremony was a resounding success, marking a significant step towards empowering young women with the tools they need to thrive in the digital age, as stated by Chairperson Nalini Sanwal in Bhauti.
