On May 15th, FLO Kolkata hosted a successful workshop featuring Su Bridgman, moderated by Neha Garodia. The workshop, attended by 50 members, revolved around Su’s book, The CQ Edge, focusing on enhancing Communication Intelligence (CQ). Su discussed how CQ impacts leadership success and provided practical strategies for overcoming communication barriers and improving overall communicative confidence.
During the workshop, Su engaged the audience in hands-on exercises designed to master CQ skills, addressing common issues like anxiety and nervousness in public speaking.
