FLO Chennai, in collaboration with Arpanam Trust, organized a memorable Children’s Day celebration at Sacred Heart Tamil Medium Government-Aided School, focusing on empowering rural youth through educational activities. Under the guidance of Chairperson Ms. Divya Abhishek and Rural Entrepreneurship and Livelihood Vertical Head Ms. Jyothi Thomas, the event aimed to encourage learning and self-expression among young students.
The celebration included a series of engaging competitions such as drawing, essay writing, speech, and a general knowledge quiz. These activities allowed approximately 60 students to showcase their creativity, critical thinking, and public speaking skills. Each competition was thoughtfully designed to boost the students’ confidence and enhance their knowledge.
This successful initiative demonstrated FLO Chennai’s dedication to supporting rural education and fostering personal growth in young minds. By partnering with Arpanam Trust, FLO Chennai continues to empower students with opportunities for skill-building and holistic development.
