This helped the students gain a thorough understanding of the topics. Many students highlighted the hands-on exercises and interactive activities as key factors that simplified complex concepts.
A key highlight of the training was the emphasis on CV preparation and interview strategies. The course was particularly beneficial for final-year students, who appreciated the communication strategies and confidence-building advice they gained. The course was highly praised for providing practical guidance and valuable insights, helping students identify areas for self-improvement.
The following recommendations were made for the future training sessions:
1. Follow-up on CVs after the training program to ensure that students apply what they’ve learned.
2. Conduct the training for final-semester students before campus recruitment to maximize the benefits of the program.
3. Encourage all students to provide feedback for continuous program improvement.
