Business Etiquette workshop

FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO) organized ‘Step to Excel’, a workshop crafted to meet various business needs, act professionally, communicate effectively. It was a comprehensive program wherein the members learnt about professional etiquette, meeting etiquette, grooming standards, Email and telephone etiquettes.
