Ms. Roshni Nadar Malhotra, Chairperson of HCL Technologies, unveiled the book “The Essential MSME Guide” on Saturday, September 14th, 2024, at an event organised by FLO Chennai. This practical handbook is designed to empower women entrepreneurs, providing them with the resources needed to start new business ventures and scale existing ones with confidence. The MSME Minister of Tamil Nadu, T.M. Anbarasan has given a foreword and released the book and has also lauded the efforts taken by FLO Chennai.
The “Essential MSME Guide” serves as a comprehensive resource for entrepreneurs, offering clear and accessible information on key areas such as business incorporation, MSME schemes, taxation, marketing strategies, funding, legal frameworks, and business development. With its step-by-step approach, the guide provides a lucid and practical roadmap for small and medium-sized business owners, giving them the tools to make informed decisions and build sustainable enterprises.
For startups, the guide simplifies the complex decisions involved in choosing the right business structure, understanding legal requirements, and registration processes, and leveraging government schemes.
