Bicycle Distribution Drive by FICCI FLO Indore

Under the aegis of FICCI Ladies Organisation Indore (FLO), with the support of Finolex Pipes and Fittings and the Mukul Madhav Foundation, a successful Bicycle distribution was implemented yesterday at the Ahilyashram and Chandravati Girls Higher Secondary School, Polo Ground Indore. Member of Parliament, Shri Shankar Lalwani graced the occasion as Chief Guest.

A total of 25 bicycles were handed over to the underprivileged students of the Ahilyashram and Shri Hari Om Higher Secondary Schools. The girls were carefully screened for their eligibility for receiving the donation. The entire High school students were present in full force to witness the presentation.

In her welcome address, FLO Chairperson Ar Vibha Jain introduced FICCI FLO and its activities to the gathering. Emphasising the need for learning at all ages, she emphasised FLO’s ongoing commitment to supporting the schools through various initiatives, which further strengthens the organization’s relationship with the community.

Shri Lalwani noted the contributions and dedication of FLO Indore towards their community and city in his address. He urged the bicycle recipients to make optimum utilization of their gift and be mindful of their safety when they ride on the roads. He also inspired the student body to apply themselves to their studies wholeheartedly and work towards a bright future.

Speaking to FLO later, it was heartening to hear that the recipients are enthusiastic about how the bicycles will ease their commute and positively impact their education.

The Master of Ceremony was efficiently carried out by FLO CSR Head Ms Rachana Mittal. Present at the Handover Ceremony were Finolex Representative Shri Nitin Jain, Principal Ahilyashram Shri R.K.Sen and Principal Smt Charushila Maurya from Shri Hari Om school. Also present were FLO Senior Vice Chairperson Ms Shweta Agrawal along with many committee members and members from FLO.
