Applied Workshop on Women at Workplace and beyond

FLO Uttarakhand organised and conducted a full day applied workshop for chapter members aimed at guiding women on how to process and work through gender bias and related issues that they encounter at workplace. The workshop was very useful for members to reflect on themes, concepts and ideas that we overlook based on preconceived biases and stereotypes. The workshop was conducted by Disha and trainers Mr. S Hali and Ms. Mona Verma who is the Chief Coordinator of FLO Uttarakhand’s Literature and Publishing Committee. Disha is a leading training company with several years of experience in training corporates and MNCs pan India and internationally.
