ALLEVIATING YOUR FINANCE FEARS

FLO & YFLO jointly organised a session titled “Alleviating Your Finance Fears” on March 12, 2014 at the Lalit, New Delhi.

Financial decisions are among the most difficult decisions for most of the women. It seems one specific area which seems truly overwhelming, intimidating, and daunting.

This session was designed with the objective to make financial aptitude simpler and easier for the members and reduce their fears towards financial information and decisions.

Pallavi Dinodia, a Chartered Accountant by profession, was the facilitator of the session. A Partner with S. R. Dinodia & Co. Pallavi worked with Zurich Financial Services. While as a CA she practices all facets of finance, accounts and the law, her core specialization is international taxation and transfer pricing.

The session was a great success with non-finance professionals as it helped to increase confidence to handle finance related decisions as also alleviate overall business acumen.

The event concluded with a very interactive and exciting Q & A session, wherein the participants enthusiastically answered the questions asked by the speaker. Gift hampers were given to the members who gave the correct answers.
