A Design Workshop Unleash the Designer in You

FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO), established in 1983 is a now a prominent national Organization with over 2700 members all over India. It is today a pillar of Women’s power, working hard towards the promotion of entrepreneurship and professional excellence in women. The growth story of FLO in its 29 years has witnessed several milestones that it has crossed in leap and bounds towards attaining the peaks of excellence and creating its own unique identity as a catalyst for the socio-economic advancement of women in India.

FLO Organized the Workshop on Interior Design entitled “Unleash the Designer in You” on 18th August 2012. There were 6 Teams of 5 Members each led by the mentors and team leaders. The mentors were renowned architect designer or fashion interior.

The Workshop was on pertinent subject – catering to the designer within each women as also the freedom that a women to design at her home & business.

The team was given to be completed in the stipulated time undertaking the designated work allotted by creating an interior as per the theme with the required material. Prizes were awarded to best team.

T he Chief Guest of the Occasion was Mithu Sen, the eminent artist and organised by Lipika Sud and FLO Governing Body Member.
