3rd Seminar under FICCI FLO Legal & Advocacy Initiative – Employment Laws

The 3rd virtual seminar under the FICCI FLO Legal & Advocacy Initiative took place on September 19, 2024, focusing on Employment Laws. The session was part of a series of four seminars aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs with vital legal knowledge to help them navigate complex legal frameworks in their businesses.

Held in collaboration with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, this initiative, under the visionary leadership of Joyshree Das Verma, National President of FICCI FLO, has provided FLO members with invaluable resources to strengthen their legal understanding. The seminar offered crucial insights into employment law, a key area for entrepreneurs managing workforce dynamics and ensuring legal compliance.

The session featured Bishen Jeswant, a Partner in the Employment Law Practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Bangalore. Bishen’s vast experience in handling a variety of employment law matters, such as senior management exits, large-scale workforce reductions, employee benefits, and employee movements during corporate restructurings, made his insights particularly valuable.
