165 years of Income Tax Day

165 yrs of Income Tax Day was celebrated at Aayakar Bhawan, where the highest Income Tax payers were recognized and felicitated. It is a proud moment to note that the highest Income Tax Payer of the North East region is a woman, Tashi Doma. It was a very interesting conference where heads of ICAI, Tax Bar Association, ITEF, all spoke on the importance of filing the income tax, for the growth of our Economy. The Principal Chief Commisioner of Income Tax, Smt. Chaitali Panmei acknowledged Flo’s role too in empowering women and asked us to help them bring more women under the Income Tax bracket.
