With deep humility and gratitude, I begin my journey as the 8th Chairperson of the YFLO Ahmedabad Chapter, steadfast in my dedication to advancing women’s empowerment and sustainability.

Our chapter is not big in numbers but is limitless in its possibilities and it is my honour to lead it in the footsteps of my illustrious past chairs.

I believe a powerful synergy that holds the key to a more sustainable and equitable future: the intersection of sustainability and women’s empowerment. It’s a connection that is often overlooked, but one that has the potential to drive profound positive change in our society and our world.

Empowering women is not just the right thing to do – it’s also essential for achieving sustainable development. When women are empowered, they become powerful agents of change in their communities and beyond.

Empowering women is a fundamental necessity for a brighter, more equitable future. Each woman possesses within her the strength, resilience, and boundless potential to shape the world around her. Let us champion her voice, her aspirations, and her dreams, ensuring that every woman is empowered to rise, to lead, and to inspire. Together, let’s forge a path towards a world where women stand tall, empowered and unstoppable, making waves of change that touch every corner of society.
