It is my utmost pleasure and privilege to take over as the 10th chairperson of FlO Kanpur chapter 2024-25.

As we stand at the threshold of a decade of impactful presence of Flo in Kanpur, I pledge to embark on a journey to scale the initiatives, add value to brand Flo and help a achieve significant difference in the life of members and women at large.
Sometimes we look upon power from a perspective of position, bank balance, family status but true power of a woman lies in her own aptitude, resilience, confidence and the ability to make positive changes in her life and people around her.

Through various national initiatives on digital and financial literacy, skilling and startups, business exchange and rural entrepreneurship, textile and fashion, we aim to promote gender equality and create an environment across all sectors and verticals of the economy for sustainable and inclusive growth.

I am a fashion entrepreneur by profession and the founder member of FlO Kanpur chapter. My participation in various committees over the years has not only enriched my perspective in countless ways but help me grow as an individual, assimilate my strengths and stand empowered today to lead the chapter and steering it to greater heights.
