The Interstate Meet

The 24th to 27th November 2016, are etched in the hearts of every FLO member who participated in the Interstate meet hosted by the Ahmedabad Chapter. ‘The Ahmedabad Almirah’ which showcased products of the WE and other initiatives. A Gujarati cuisine workshop was held concurrently. Therefore, a networking meet cum lunch was followed with a variety of sightseeing, arts & crafts and shopping to choose from. Later in the evening of the 24th, at the Adalaj Vav – a heritage step well, the YFLO Ahmedabad Chapter was launched. Delegates found themselves amidst cultural festivities and a panel discussion on women empowerment – its memory being indelible with presence of Soha Khan and other dignitaries.

The 25th saw a ‘FLO Fleet’ of sorts – a caravan of cars taking delegates to Dhordo in Kutch where they would live in tents until departure. Right till the last suitcase was loaded on the 27th the menu was ‘A la carte’ – fun and bonhomie, amazing nature and rustic beauty, food and shopping, arts and crafts.
