PROJECT – Skilling in culinary arts and business

Cooks and chefs are one of the most ‘in – demand’ positions now and into the future. Project – Skilling in culinary arts and business is aimed to empower women in this space. A 48 day (3 hours a day) workshop was organised by FICCI FLO Chennai, where 15 women were trained in techniques of quality food preparation of different cuisines and kitchen management. This would help women in career advancement and employment with/in the hotel and restaurant industry.
