An interactive workshop to take your business to next level Small Steps for Big Leap

FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) organised a very interesting, informative and interactive workshop titled “Small Steps for Big Leap” on November 6, 2015 at FICCI. This workshop was conceptualised with the objective of facilitating women entrepreneurship and guiding them to take their business to the next level.

The speaker of the workshop was Dheeraj Rathi, Managing Director of ECOVIS RKCA. Dheeraj Rathi is a business strategist and marketing expert based in Mumbai Maharashtra. He serves as the Managing Director of the ECOVIS RKCA group which has over four decades of existence in advisory and consulting field. He also heads the South Asia operations of certification giant BM Trada, UK.

It is challenging to build any business and sustain the growth. While working as an expert in your field, now you have to manage the business, which includes, business strategy development, branding, marketing, sales, operations, finances, accounting, taxation, etc. Within this workshop, a verity of topics were discussed to provide a solid plan of action to take businesses to the next level.
