Interactive session with Ms. Anila Jyothi Reddy, President & CEO, Key Software Solutions, Inc. on Scripting Her Destiny – Farm Labourer to a Millionairess

FLO organised an Interactive session with Ms. Anila Jyothi Reddy, President & CEO, Key Software Solutions, Inc. on December 23, 2015 at FICCI. The programme was aptly titled “Scripting Her Destiny – Farm Labourer to a Millionairess”.

A woman of substance, Ms Reddy has truly scripted her own destiny and reached the zenith of accomplishment as a successful entrepreneur. Born to a poor peasant family in Warangal where two square meals a day was unheard of, Anila Jyothi Reddy has travelled a long way from a deprived childhood in her obscure village, brought up in a Govt. Welfare Orphanage, BALASADAN, to being the Founder President of a recruiting firm Keys Software Services, USA.

As a part of its activities, FLO brings together entrepreneurial achievers for interactive sessions on breaking through challenges and innovating change to achieve success. Ms. Anila Jyothi Reddy is an inspirational leader and a role model for women in business. The interactive session was an opportunity for the members to pick up tips, advice and ideas for success and innovation.

Ms. Anila Jyothi Reddy toiled in the fields during the day, to tailoring at nights and eventually to working as a teacher. Unwilling to live a life that was preordained for her, she beat all odds to emerge a winner, Jyothi altered her destiny, by dreaming big and her willingness to work hard. Her journey from an orphanage to the top of the world has been an arduous one. Today, Jyothi is the CEO of a $15 million IT company, Key Software Solutions, based in Phoenix, Arizona, US.

Ms Reddy said, “For women from the grassroots level, it is a huge task to make her way through the labyrinth of impediments in her entrepreneurial journey. I started by doing odd jobs. I promised myself to work towards creating a better life and learned the way of dealing with life in a hard and practical manner. The hardships taught me the value of life and made me think beyond the situation. The impediments in my journey became my courage.”

Her motto in life is – “You are the creator of your own destiny.” She believes that nothing can stop a human being from becoming what one wants to achieve in life. Her next dream to see that every Orphan in India to get an own Identity, recognition and enjoy equal opportunity. Towards reaching that goal, she has been interacting and sensitizing various Government agencies, policy makers, politicians as well as Non-Government Organizations.
