Governing Body Meeting

FLO Bangalore chapter held the second National Governing Body Meet. The Presidium, Past Presidents, Office bearers, Chapter-chairs and other Governing Body members met to discuss the activities and initiatives of FLO over the past quarter – and plans for the next.

FLO Bangalore also organised its first FLO Bazaar – FLO Boulevard. The Bazaar showcased jewellery and clothing by women designers based in Bangalore.The evening was ushered in with danseuse Vani Ganapathy’s dance performance. Later on, she explained various mudras in Bharatanatyam.

The evening programs were designed to showcase the rich cultural heritage of Karnataka. To further this effort, the members were dressed in jewellery and sarees inspired by south Indian temple art.
