World Environment Day

Karan Shah and Darpan Vaishnav, two young environmentalists, helped the members in calculating their carbon footprint, thus making them aware of their choices and the ecofriendly alternatives that they can choose in order to save precious resources, reduce carbon emissions, directly or indirectly and make wiser, more sensitive choices so that Mother Earth will not be stripped of all its natural resources.

The panelists, Mr. Shailesh Patwari, Ms. Phani Trivedi, Ms. Daniella Ayesha and Ms. Sonal Baid shared details about their work and their contribution to the society by their various efforts and initiatives. The Mayor Smt. Meenakshiben Patel launched FLO ‘Green Connect’, an Eco- networking initiative, whereby members will meet once a month at Cellad Eatery and discuss, express opinions and invite experts with the prime motive of sensitizing people about the environment and educating them to create a greener, more Eco-friendly city.
